We believe that by practising Law in South Africa, particularly as black Attorney is in the reform-need juncture position. Inclusive learning opportunities requires an intentional decision making by policy makers and community due to a need of a of well-structured training experience.
In order to have an inclusive dynamic legal working environment, the policy of Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") is to be embraced, not for the sake of compliance but because we believe it produces true team-spirit and results in greater efficiency by better harnessing the human resources our country has to offer.

The Plan

MPCA FinLaw is a wholly owned black firm from previously disadvantaged community, who is an Attorney, Liquidator, Accountant and Business Rescue Practitioner and the firm currently employs previously disadvantaged employees.We believe in building from within first and in this way promote training and advancement for all staff.

As a result, the founder of MPCA FinLaw has a plan to collaborate with previously disadvantaged universities, starting with University of Venda and University of Limpopo for students Commercial Law exposure opportunities.

MPCA FinLaw plans to develop training package which include commercial law to be able to expose our previously disadvantage Students and Candidate Attorneys.

MPCA FinLaw through its founder is passionate about “growing its own timber” for future capacity and currently we are in the process of establishing an office in Thohoyandou that will assist us in achieving this strategic plan of exposing our previously disadvantaged students and Candidate Attorneys for economic inclusivity in the Commercial Law transactions plans to develop a commercial law training package that exposes our Candidate Attorneys from previously disadvantaged communities.

This success of this plan is dependent on the policy makers' appetite and commitment to real transformation and inclusivity.
